Nicole & Leo’s June wedding at Newcastle Golf Club

Newcastle Golf Club is a truly spectacular location to host your wedding. It is known for stunning panoramic views within its outdoor ceremony space. The venue is gigantic, hosting up to 150 guests indoors or 300 guests outdoors. They offer in-house catering and bountiful location options for portraits. This was the obvious venue choice for Nicole and Leo, who grew up only minutes from the venue. In fact, it is the same place that Leo asked Nicole to prom!

We started off the afternoon with getting ready photos in the bridal suite, followed by a first look behind the Prestwick Terrace. It was so much fun getting shots of Nicole and Leo driving around in the golf cart! Of course the premier portrait location of this location is the golf course itself. The rolling hills and city skyline made for a stellar backdrop.

After couple photos, we took wedding party photos and family photos before moving onto the main event – the ceremony on the Ballroom Patio. The dainty blue flowers and bridesmaid dresses matched perfectly with the blue skies in the background on this June day. After the ceremony came cocktail hour, where the couple wanted to spend a few moments alone before the rest of the night’s festivities. The reception featured a lively grand entrance, the sweetest first dances, and a vivacious dance floor. We were then blessed with a perfect golden hour for us to sneak away during the reception for a few extra photos. It was such an honor capturing these high school sweethearts and their loved ones!
